STEP – 01
The first step of this routine is totally necessary which will make your skin healthy from inside.
As soon as you wake up, you have to drink one to two glasses of water and you should do it before brushing your teeth.
There are two major advantages of it, first, your saliva will reach to your stomach with the water, so that your digestive system will work better and your skin will get adequate nutrition, second, all the accumulated toxic substances get out of your body with the water.
It also keeps your skin hydrated and the skin becomes brighter and healthier.

STEP – 02
Washing our face in the morning is very essential because overnight, your skin produces a lot of oil.
By the way, oils are just to maintain the moisture of your skin but it would have been a threat to having a lot.
Due to this, dirt sticks on your skin and that’s why, when you wake up, you should necessarily clean your face nicely.
For this, you just need a good quality face wash and water.
(a) Facewash –
For facial cleansing, it is best to get closer to mother nature and use natural facewashes.
There are so many incredible natural facewashes, which are already available in the market.
If you do not want to pay for any facewash then you can use gram flour and a mixture of rosewater and lime juice in the same quantity as a homemade face wash.
(b) water –
You should never put too frigid or too hot water on your delicate skin, it can damage your skin and cause dryness. Always use tepid/lukewarm water for face wash.
STEP – 03
After washing your face, the most essential step is to give enough moisture to your skin.
Most men do not follow this step, so they face a lot of skin related problems like aging, skin rashes, blemishes, etc.
You must include it in your skincare routine. You can use a reasonable quality moisturizer of any brand but I will always recommend you to use natural moisturizers on your skin.
Apart from cosmetic products, you can also use the Aloe vera gel or rose water as a natural moisturizer, it will benefit you a lot.
Remember, always use moisturizers in a very small amount and choose the product according to your skin type.
STEP – 04
You have to repeat step 01 and step 02 both in the same way before you sleep.
It means you should wash your face again in the same manner and moisturize the skin with a night cream.
If you want then you can also use an anti-aging cream as a moisturizer.
A lot of dust, dirt, and pollution stick on your face throughout the day, and it is very important to remove all of them before going to sleep otherwise it can cause some serious skin problems like acne, pimples, fungal infections, etc.
STEP – 05
This is the final step of this routine but it is equally important as all others. If you are suffering from dark circles then this particular step is unavoidable for you or if there are no dark circles under your eyes, still this step is very essential for you.
Before going to sleep, you have to use a good quality eye-cream/under eye-cream on the under-eye region of your face. It will surely provide you a lot of benefits in the long term.
If you want then you can make a decent undereye cream at your home also, but if you are suffering from dark circles very badly, then pay for an under eye cream or serum only with the doctor’s advice, all though you will surely notice the benefits of homemade under eye cream and there are no side effects of it.
So this is the easy skincare routine for men that you should repeat every day for glowing and healthy skin but these are just the basic steps that you have to follow.
There are also some special rules that you should implement only two to three times a week.
01. Exfoliation –
All of us have a layer of dead skin cells on our skin which creates a dilemma in the production of new skin cells.
Apart from this, it makes your skin look dull and lifeless. So you have to exfoliate your skin, two to three times a week.
It removes all the dead skin cells from your skin and makes it bright and young.
Make sure, that you select a product that does not harm your skin. You can also use a peel-off mask if you don’t want to scrub your skin but I would not recommend you to use a peel-off mask, it depends only on you.
02. Face Mask –
You should use Face Masks twice a week, It clears all the clogged pores and your skin becomes healthy.
Apart from this, it is also beneficial in pimples. You can use herbal facemasks and you can also use fuller’s earth (Multani mitti) as a face mask.
Along with the deep cleansing, it shrinks your open pores. If your skin is oily, then it will be extremely beneficial for you to apply fullers earth or gram flour as a face mask.
